Oh, and just practice and I'm sure you can remember it all. It happens to everyone. You sound like you have the summer slump that hits me most years. It's too hot to be comfortable in your own skin and nothing gets accomplished. Wait til Fall, when the air becomes more crisp (not cold, of course) and everything is a bit more relaxed. It may be when school starts for you, but it will still be better than summer. Summer bites.
